Giving Back

We are passionate about giving back to the communities in which we serve, which is why Hospital Companions participates in some of Chicagoland's largest fundraising events. The Mother's Day 5K Walk/Run for Breast Cancer research, The Chicago Lung Run and The Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk are just some of the events we support.

Hospital Companions is committed to supporting events which fund vital research and awareness for some of the diseases affecting their patients and families.

Another way Hospital Companions gives back is by providing our service to veterans of our armed services at a reduced rate. We are grateful for their sacrifice and consider it an honor to assist them.

Kathleen Benner, President of Hospital Companions sits on the Associate Board for The Make A Wish Foundation of Illinois. We have a passion for these kids.

If you represent a not-for-profit and would like to partner with Hospital Companions to provide enhanced support services and tools to your patrons, please contact us.

Our sister company Empowering Pages, Inc. offers our Patient Page℠, Resident Page℠, HomeCare Page℠ and Patriot Page℠ for a very reduced rate to not-for-profit corporations. Please visit EmpoweringPages.com for more information or contact Kathleen Benner directly at 630-272-4181.

Testimonial

The Hospital Companions service helped us (the neighbor gals) help our friend who had gone into the hospital. We were able to easily check her Patient Page, send her messages and coordinate who would visit when. We put her mind to rest by posting who was taking over her carpool and delivering dinner to her house that night. We loved that the Patient Page was a way to keep in contact with her without being intrusive.
