Nursing Home Care
Nursing Home Companion aids residents and their families by providing companionship care to the resident and support to the family.
Your Companion will visit the resident and use specially designed programs to enhance the resident's nursing home experience. Our programs include pet, music, art and social therapies, phototherapy and aromatherapy. We can also simply spend time visiting.
To ensure that our families stay well-informed, we have developed a customized, interactive Resident Page℠, which allows resident and Companion to communicate with family, via laptop, from the resident's facility. The Resident Page is a valuable resource for family in coordinating the care and support of a resident.
After each visit the Companion will write an entry on the Resident Page about what the resident and Companion did during the visit, how the resident is feeling, what they are involved in that week, etc. Registered friends & family will receive updates sent directly to their inbox.
