When a loved one is undergoing medical care, it can be an emotional, confusing and overwhelming experience for many family members. We designed our family forum to help during these trying times. Our forums allow families to communicate electronically with one other. For example, a family may have a loved one undergoing a particular medical procedure for the first time. Through the forums they can communicate directly with others who have faced a similar situation. They can ask questions, find resources or gather information relevant to their situation. So whether used as a source of comfort or a portal of information, our forums are there to provide our families with the information they need, often at a time when they need it most.

Testimonial

When I was assigned to my room in the hospital it was a dreary space. But when my Hospital Companion arrived, she put beautiful posters on the wall, flowers in a vase and some bulb-lit candles. It's easier to feel better when your surroundings are beautiful.
